Let's have FUN! (Especially after 2020). There is nothing like the Caribbean side of Costa Rica! Beaches, jungle, bikes, howler monkeys, sloths, surfing, and a great chill vibe. Imagine drinking your morning coffee or tea gazing out at the ocean, anticipating your next adventure or perhaps the next step to light that fire in your belly.
This retreat is designed for YOU to remind you of who you truly are and that you can make anything happen with focused energy. Our week long journey together filled with adventures will provide many opportunities to dive deep and have fun.
This is will by my 6th year doing this retreat, I know the best places to eat, best beaches, where to have the most fun zip lining! Get ready to have a blast. Leave your worries behind and have fun just being YOU!

Arrival Day
Everyone arrives into San Jose with transfers to Adventure Inn.
rest, swim, take a walk, nap
Welcome Dinner at hotel, greetings and orientation
Intention Setting
Day 1
Breakfast at Adventure Inn
(the banana pancakes are amazing)
and get ready for our road trip to Puerto Viejo
(5 hours w/ lunch)
Get settled in our house for the week
walk on the beach, swim, relax

Day 2
Breakfast
Spend a leisurely day pool side, catching up on that great novel, take a walk down the beach

Day 3
Zip Lining, get ready to have a blast as you fly over and through pristine jungle.
23 platforms and a Tarzan swing with the best guides ready to point out howler monkeys, sloths, and walking trees.

Finding the balance of doing and being is not always easy to find in todays world, perhaps its your day to spend pool side, catching up on that great novel, bike into town, boogie boarding

Then we are off for an unforgettable horse trek weaving between jungle and beach with our generous and kind guide Jimmy. He has a sixth sense for howler monkeys and sloths. During our ride we will stop for lunch. This is a full day, we'll be back in time for a quick

Enjoy your last day on the Playa by going into town to pick up last minute souvenirs or take a stroll on the beach, maybe take a surf lesson (not included)

Day 7
White Water Rafting The Pacuare River, this 3 hour rafting trip will remind you of the many wonders of the world, as you float along some of the most amazing landscapes. The only reason this isn't on your bucket list is because you didn't know it existed. They will serve us breakfast before we head out and then lunch along the river before taking us back to Adventure Inn

Nature, sit and listen to the howler monkeys, watch a sloth move her baby from tree to tree, meet a kinkachoo (my favorite childhood animal), watch the frogs in all their glory, not guaranteed but we've been blessed the past two years.

Time to swim, hike, explore, re-set, make new friends, and relax.

Cancellation policy:
30 days or less prior to event: non-refundable
60-31 days prior: Fifty percent of the cost
61 days or more prior: fully refundable (minus any processing fees.)
Should participants need to cancel, every effort will be made to apply any non-refunded amount to a future event.
